For employers short of workers, we find eligible candidates and handle screening, documentation, visa-support coordination and pre-deployment assistance. We bring these two sides together through local recruitment in India and close cooperation with Business Connections India in Belgium.

A clear division of responsibilities ensuring continuous support across both countries.
Care4LaborIndia focuses on identifying suitable candidates, verifying experience and documentation, organising interviews and assessments, preparing selected workers for international employment, and providing support before departure.
Business Connections India focuses on the Belgian side: employer coordination, guidance through the Single Permit and visa process, arrival support, administrative assistance, integration guidance and ongoing follow-up.
This division of responsibilities ensures that both employers and candidates have a clear point of contact throughout the recruitment and employment journey. Our mission is to create sustainable employment opportunities that benefit both employers and candidates.
Employers gain access to suitable workers for hard-to-fill positions, while candidates receive a legal employment opportunity with clear expectations, proper preparation and practical support.
We believe that a successful placement is not the end of the recruitment process, but the beginning of a longterm and productive employment relationship.

Zero Worker Recruitment Fees Principle
As part of our ethical recruitment principles, we support the principle that workers should not be charged recruitment fees for obtaining employment opportunities. We encourage transparency regarding all costs associated with migration and employment and aim to ensure that candidates understand any legitimate administrative expenses they may incur during the process.

He is the Founder of Care4LaborIndia, where he oversees internal administration, service quality, and the strategic direction of the company's recruitment and visa-support work. As the primary point of contact for our talent network, he personally manages all communications with jobseekers across India, guiding them safely through the recruitment pipeline.
Additionally, Ravi serves as the central bridge between our operations in India and our sister organisation, Business Connections India (BCI) in Belgium, ensuring seamless communication and high-quality coordination across both teams.
